Forget About The Wii Console For Kinect Is Here

Once Nintendo's creative designers introduced the Nintendo wii it took the video gaming society by storm. It opened up the world of computer gaming to everyone. By means of holding a simple controller and swinging it like a tennis racket you could instantaneously play tennis on the Nintendo wii console.

There were absolutely no complex control keys to master or even strange joystick movements which meant it was easily accessible to first time video game enthusiasts, both young and old. At present, Microsofts fresh Kinect games platform takes things further for the reason that now there is absolutely no controller whatsoever!

The Nintendo Wii was ground-breaking however Microsoft Kinect takes things a little more forward. Much like the Nintendo wii game console, Kinect makes use of a scanning system that sits upon your Lcd tv.

The main difference is though; Kinect scans one's body and even picks up your own actions, meaning there is no need to actually hold a controller in your hands. When you need to choose something from an onscreen menus all you need to do is actually raise your hand and motion which icon you desire to select.  If you're taking part in a racing video game you merely position the hands as if you were holding a steering wheel!

There is no need to actually purchase an extra steering wheel add-on! If the leading-edge movement technology used in kinect is not amazing enough, what about speech recognition too? Yes, surprisingly, Kinect is able to recognize voice commands by using leading-edge speech identification software.

It appears Microsoft's brand new piece of kit is set to alter the face of video gaming eternally. Since it is an add-on  for the Xbox 360 it requires the Xbox 360 system too. The purchase price remains undisclosed as Microsoft Kinect isn't due for release until Oct this year.
